Your Complete User Agreement

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and ph997 with respect to your access to and use of the ph997 online gaming platform, website at ph997.cam, and all associated services, content, games, and features (collectively, "the Service").

1.2 By accessing, registering on, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ph997's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. ph997 reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not accept these Terms or who is found to be in violation of them.

1.4 These Terms apply to all forms of access to and use of the Service, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, Progressive Web App (PWA) installation, or any other method of accessing ph997.

2.1 Age Requirement. The Service is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during use. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You represent that your use of ph997 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Service. ph997 targets users in the Republic of the Philippines. If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk and ph997 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on ph997. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, ph997 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your ph997 account and to keep such information updated at all times. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.5 KYC Verification. ph997 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of its users. You agree to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account functionality. Accepted identity documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC ID.

2.6 Account Credentials. Your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph997 account credentials. ph997 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 You must notify ph997's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security breach. ph997 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receipt of such notification.

3.3 ph997 employs industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption on all connections and applies hashed password storage to protect your credentials at rest. However, ph997 cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 ph997 may temporarily lock or restrict access to your account if our security systems detect unusual login activity, including but not limited to logins from unfamiliar devices, repeated failed login attempts, or geographic anomalies in access patterns.

4.1 ph997 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are published on the ph997 Cashier page and are subject to change with notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 (Philippine Peso). ph997 does not impose a service fee on standard deposits made via supported payment methods; however, payment processors may apply their own fees independent of ph997.

4.3 All deposited funds must originate from a payment account (GCash, bank account, e-wallet) registered in your own legal name. ph997 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment account not matching your verified identity may be reversed and returned, and the associated account may be subject to review.

4.4 Deposited funds held in your ph997 wallet are player funds held on trust. ph997 does not use player funds for operational expenses. In the event of ph997 ceasing operations, reasonable steps will be taken to return outstanding player balances.

4.5 ph997 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual in size, frequency, or origin, in compliance with ph997's AMLA obligations.

5.1 Withdrawals of real-money winnings from your ph997 account require completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are restricted from withdrawing funds until verification is completed.

5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review processes and may be delayed where additional verification is required under AMLA obligations.

5.3 Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days. ph997 will communicate estimated processing times for each withdrawal method on the Cashier page.

5.4 ph997 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds applicable AMLC reporting thresholds or that otherwise triggers ph997's internal AML procedures.

5.5 Bonus credits are non-withdrawable unless explicitly converted to withdrawable cash in accordance with the applicable bonus wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus credits will result in forfeiture of those bonus credits.

6.1 ph997 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum win caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational players. ph997 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus — and to withhold or forfeit any associated winnings — if ph997 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

6.3 Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; the use of strategies that exploit bonus wagering mechanics; coordinated play among multiple accounts; and any use of automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements.

6.4 ph997 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after a player has begun wagering, ph997 will make reasonable efforts to protect the player's position prior to the cancellation.

7.1 All games available on ph997 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

7.2 ph997's slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. ph997 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.3 Live dealer games — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and live color game — are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of each individual game. All live dealer decisions are final once confirmed by the dealer or system.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, display errors, or game interruptions — bets and game rounds affected by the malfunction may be voided. ph997 will communicate the outcome to affected players and will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its control.

7.5 ph997 strictly prohibits cheating, collusion, the use of automated betting software, exploiting software errors, and any other conduct that gives an unfair advantage. Accounts found to be engaging in such conduct will be suspended and winnings forfeited without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph997 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC:

• Registering or using ph997 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account on ph997, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using the ph997 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Service.
• Colluding with other players in live table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in ph997 account credits or balances for real-world value outside the platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph997 staff or other users via any communication channel.

9.1 All content on the ph997 platform — including but not limited to the ph997 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ph997 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any ph997 content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of ph997's intellectual property — including the use of the ph997 brand or logo on third-party websites or communications without written authorisation — constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

10.1 ph997 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, ph997 has affirmative obligations to provide responsible gaming tools and to respond to signs of problem gambling.

10.2 ph997 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible from the Account Settings dashboard:

10.4 ph997 strictly prohibits self-excluded players from registering new accounts or circumventing self-exclusion in any manner. Doing so is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph997's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph997 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 ph997 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session outcomes, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.

11.3 ph997 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph997 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service, the accuracy of game displays, or the compatibility of the Service with any particular device or browser.

11.4 ph997 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action); third-party payment processing delays or failures; or any interruption to the Service caused by factors outside ph997's reasonable control.

12.1 ph997 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — at any time and without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct by the account holder;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Provision of false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Account activity triggering AMLA reporting obligations;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction that has not been resolved in ph997's favour;
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account suspension or closure.

12.2 Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, ph997 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ph997 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to all applicable withdrawal verification requirements being met.

13.1 ph997 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the Service or its features, or operational changes to ph997's business.

13.2 ph997 will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on the ph997 website and/or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

13.3 Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Internal Revenue Code as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA as amended), and relevant PAGCOR regulations.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ph997 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph997's internal customer support and dispute resolution process, which can be accessed via live chat or by contacting [email protected].

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph997's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Welfare and Protection Division, which has jurisdiction over disputes between PAGCOR-licensed operators and their players.

14.4 For disputes not resolved through administrative channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
